OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Our recruitment process is designed to be efficient and effective. We want to make sure that we find the best candidates for
our clients, and we want to do it in a way that is fair and respectful to all candidates.
This process typically follows these steps:
- Job Advertisement: We advertise the job opening on our website, social media, and on radio and Television after receiving the job order and itโs approved by the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development. We also reach out to our network of contacts/agents to see if they know of anyone who would be a good fit for the position.
- Screening: We review the resumes and cover letters of all applicants. We look for candidates who have the skills and experience that we are looking for.
- Interviewing: We interview the top candidates. We ask questions about their skills, experience, and qualifications. We also want to get to know them as a person and see if they would be a good fit for the culture of the business they intend to work with.
- Reference checking: We check the references of the top candidates. We want to make sure that they have a good reputation and that they would be a good addition to our team. Sometimes this even involves obtaining a Police Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Making an offer: We make an offer to the candidate who we believe is the best fit for the position. We negotiate salary and benefits, and we make sure that the offer is fair to both the candidate and the company.
- Immediately after recruitment, they are enrolled for two weeks of hands-on practical training in a competence workshop where they are given personality profiling tools, and when any gap is identified they are attached to a mentor or
counselor. Those who go through the personality development workshop, are recruited again through a systematic approach of custom-building screening, development, and retention methodologies based on the specific demands of
the project.
